You receive two weeks vacation pay after your one year anniversary. During your first two years you accrue a weeks vacation every six months. After you have been with the company for three years you earn three weeks vacation. You accrue one week every four months. No more than three weeks vacation can be taken in any calendar year. After your 90-day introductory period you are entitled to eight days sick pay per calendar year.
